She works closely with instructors, clients, vendors, and Tharos leadership to support the successful delivery of training programs and maintain a professional environment for law enforcement, government, and security professionals.

Tharos Training Manager

Laurence serves as Manager of Training Operations at Tharos Training Center, where he oversees the day-to-day coordination and delivery of training programs and supports the operational needs of the facility. He brings a practical, operations-focused approach to ensuring training is delivered efficiently, professionally, and to a high standard.

At Tharos, Laurence works closely with instructors, clients, and training partners to coordinate schedules, resources, and facility operations, helping create a professional training environment for law enforcement, government, and security professionals.

Part-Time Range Operations Specialist

Alana Glasgow serves as a Part-Time Range Operations Specialist at Tharos Training Center, supporting the safe, efficient, and professional operation of the facility’s firearms training ranges. She plays an important role in supporting instructors and students and helping ensure range activities are conducted in an organized, professional manner.

Alana works closely with the Tharos training and operations teams to support range readiness, daily operations, and the overall training experience. Her attention to detail, commitment to safety, and dedication to providing quality support make her a valued member of the Tharos Training Center team.

Lead Training Support Specialist

Brittney Jackson serves as the Lead Training Support Specialist at Tharos Training Center, where she plays a key role in supporting the successful delivery of training programs and ensuring instructors and students have the resources and assistance they need.

Brittney helps coordinate training activities, supports instructors and participants, and assists with the day-to-day needs of the training center. Her attention to detail, organization, and commitment to customer service contribute to a professional and efficient training environment.

Working closely with the Tharos training and administrative teams, Brittney helps ensure that courses, facilities, and training resources are prepared and ready to meet the needs of law enforcement, government, and security professionals.

Pro-Shop Associate

Cynthia Aleman serves as a Pro-Shop Associate at Tharos Training Center, providing professional and friendly support to students, instructors, and visitors. She plays an important role in supporting the Pro Shop's day-to-day operations and helping ensure customers have access to the equipment, supplies, and resources they need.

Operations Team Lead and Instructor

Earnest Kellogg serves as the Operations Team Lead at Tharos Training Center, where he plays an important role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the training center and ensuring training programs are delivered efficiently and professionally. As an instructor, he brings practical experience and a commitment to providing quality, hands-on training to law enforcement, government, and security professionals.
