Terms & Conditions

By registering for training, submitting a reservation request, placing an order, or making payment through the Tharos Training Center (TTC) Arlo platform, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following:

REGISTRATION & RESERVATIONS

All registrations and reservations are subject to availability and approval by Tharos Training Center.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all submitted information is accurate and complete, including participant names, organization information, firearms information, ammunition caliber selections, and contact information.

Errors, omissions, or inaccurate information may result in delays, denied training participation, administrative corrective actions, or additional charges.

PAYMENTS

Payment requirements vary based on the service being provided.

Training registrations may require payment at the time of registration.

Rentals, private reservations, and certain services may be invoiced separately or require payment through a private payment link.

Outstanding balances must be paid in accordance with the invoice terms provided by TTC.

CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES

Scheduled reservations, rentals, and training registrations are billed based on the reserved time, resources, and staffing commitments.

Changes, cancellations, or rescheduling requests may result in administrative fees or forfeiture of payment depending on timing and operational impact.

TTC reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, deny, or remove registrations or reservations for operational, safety, staffing, compliance, or policy-related reasons.

TRAINING & SAFETY REQUIREMENTS

All participants and organizations must comply with TTC policies, instructor directions, facility rules, and all applicable safety requirements at all times.

TTC reserves the right to remove any participant from training or the facility for safety violations, disruptive behavior, policy violations, unsafe firearm handling, or failure to follow instructions.

No loaded firearms are permitted in classrooms, administrative areas, or non-designated areas of the facility unless specifically authorized by TTC.

LIABILITY

Participation in firearms training, defensive tactics training, live-fire exercises, and range activities involves inherent risk.

Customers and participants accept responsibility for ensuring they meet all legal, medical, and operational requirements for participation.

TTC is not responsible for customer-owned equipment, firearms, ammunition, or personal property brought onto the premises.

RECORDS & COMMUNICATIONS

TTC utilizes electronic systems, including Arlo, for scheduling, registrations, communications, and invoicing.

Customers are responsible for monitoring communications associated with the email addresses provided during registration or account setup.

POLICY ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By proceeding with registration, reservation, or payment, the customer acknowledges and agrees to comply with all applicable TTC policies, procedures, facility rules, and operational requirements.
