Earnest Kellogg serves as the Operations Team Lead at Tharos Training Center, where he plays an important role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the training center and ensuring training programs are delivered efficiently and professionally. As an instructor, he brings practical experience and a commitment to providing quality, hands-on training to law enforcement, government, and security professionals.

Earnest works closely with instructors, staff, and students to support training operations, maintain high standards, and help create a professional environment focused on operational readiness. His leadership, professionalism, and dedication to the success of the Tharos team have made him a valued member of the organization.
